James Truesdale has spent more than three decades in enterprise IT delivery, including nearly a decade inside utility and energy sector programs — enterprise system recovery, CIS modernization, and multi-vendor transformation in regulated environments. He is the creator of the Program Clarity Method™ and leads every OnTarget engagement personally.

He holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, with a concentration in Management of Information Technology.
