OnTarget Consulting Services, LLC offers comprehensive Project Management Training Services to project management professionals in training their organizations. This training is delivered either in person or via the web. Our training services provide a core understanding of Project Management.
Our Project Management Professional (PMP®) Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Trainers conduct project management education with particular emphasis on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Phases which recur throughout the life-cycle of a project.
Our instructors provide attendance certificates that can be submitted to the Project Management Institute (PMI) for Professional Development Units (PDUs) or for continuing education credit.

PMBOK PHASES
Initiating - This involves the series of actions whereby the project manager obtains the authorization to proceed with the entire project or with a particular project phase.
Planning - Planning is a critical project management process. During the planning process, the project manager plans for essential processes and determines any discretionary processes that may or may not require planning.
Executing - The executing process involves carrying out the project plan. This typically involves implementing the project plan as outlined.
Controlling/Monitoring - The controlling process involves comparing the actual performance with the planned performance.
Closing - The closing process involves setting up formal procedures whereby the project or project phase can be declared officially completed.

Further, you will master the art of maximizing your project’s opportunities and minimizing the effect of threats to your success.
Scheduling Tools and Techniques
Harnessing scheduling tools and techniques to optimize your project schedule can be challenging. In this course, participants will learn how to build reliable schedules and how to respond to the inevitable changes and required modifications that occur throughout the life of the project. Using a combination of Microsoft Project exercises and simulations a wide variety of tools and techniques will be explored.
Healthcare Project Management Training
Exploring opportunities for using project management, change management, and process improvement techniques to enhance the execution of project and improvement initiatives within healthcare organizations. This course is designed for clinical and non-clinical professionals in health care delivery organizations responsible for managing projects and project teams.
